TinyTimTrust Charity Golf Day 2020 - Friday September 4th

The annual charity golf day was held once again at Chevin GC, Duffield for the 20th year. The day was well supported by a record entry of 41 teams of golfers who, according to all of their feedback, had an enjoyable day in support of the charity.

The golf day was able to go ahead despite the Covid-19 restrictions but we were unable to have our usual post golf dinner, speaker and auction. However, Charles Hanson (one of our Patrons) of Hansons Auctioneers kindly offered to host an Online Auction for the charity. All of the support of everyone involved on the day including the volunteers, the teams, those who donated prizes for the golf, raffle or the online auction was greatly appreciated.

The online auction hosted by Charles and delivered with his own unique style was a success raising nearly £2,300.

Overall, the golf day raised around £14,000 - an incredible amount that will go a long way to support the special needs children of Derbyshire.
